Questions about my fast uncontested/agreed divorce service are answered for free. But questions
about contested cases or which one of the two of you would "win" on a particluar question are not answered for free.
Please post on the

with questions about divorce law uncertainties such as "how much alimony should I get? or will I get custody?
Then email me that you posted on the board. This is good for both of us, and others such
as yourself who are going through the same situation.
After 10 years of law practice and and 500+ divorce, paternity, custody, and child-support
cases I finally do not offer simple free consultations for anything other than "agreed" cases. But what I do offer is a reduced-fee $85
case workup I call a "diagnosis". During that time
you get the benefit of someone how has practiced divorce, custody, paternity and
child-support law for 10 years. Just as with doctors, sometimes you need a second opinion.
If you are unsure whether a previous attorney you sought counsel
from has the experience of hundreds and hundreds of actual contested divorce and
custody Court hearings, then you should make certain by purchasing a
diagnosis and speaking with me at length regarding your case. Most people are just
beginning their case but I have encountered some sad situations that left untreated for years: from
unpaid child-support or alimony bills, to flagrant abuses of fundamental rights to child-visitation.
