Jason Newcombe graduated in the top 10% of his class at a top 10 law school (Boston College
of Law). He has practiced in both Oregon and Washington. During the last 10+
years
of law practice he has handled hundreds of divorces (probably as many as my offices).
He also made law review. He focusses on divorce cases involving very complex
financial matters and disputes. These matters often involve more subtle case-law
analysis.
However, it is only during the month of August 2008 that my offices
will be referring those out. However, even during August,
most minorly contested divorces and
all agreed, low-fee, and
uncontested divorces we will always handle at far lower rates than Jason
(and any other attorney in Washington to my knowledge!).
